There is nothing quite like a delicious slice of pie to satisfy your sweet tooth. The combination of the filling’s smooth texture and the crispness of the crust are what make the feeling of taking that first heavenly bite a moment worth savoring. Yet some pies can be difficult to make and take a long time to bake.

This peanut butter pie doesn’t require any baking at all. All you need for this delicious treat is a bit of patience while the pie sets in the freezer. It’s so easy to make, and I guarantee it will be the talk of any party.

I really want to drop everything right now and make one of these. If it’s that easy to make, then perhaps I should make two. Or three. Or four?
If you want to make one of these for you and your family (and let’s face it, you do), this is what you need, according to the pie lovers at PopSugar food:
1/2 cup smooth reduced-fat peanut butter
4 ounces low-fat cream cheese
4 tablespoons fat-free cream cheese
12 ounces fat-free sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup light whipped topping, thawed if frozen
5 tablespoons mini chocolate chips, divided
6-ounce pie crust
In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat together peanut butter and both types of cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in milk and lemon juice. Fold in whipped topping and half of the mini chocolate chips.
Spoon the peanut butter mixture into prepared pie crust, and smooth top. Chop remaining tablespoon of chocolate chips, and sprinkle over the top. Cover with plastic wrap, and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours. Slice the pie into 10 pieces and serve.
